  Our Year 6 Residential Trip has arrived safely at their destination and are just getting ready for their first activity!

  We have entered the season of LENT.

  Lent is the solemn Christian religious observance in the liturgical year commemorating the 40 days Jesus Christ spent fasting in the desert and enduring temptation, according to the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, before beginning his teaching to the people. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. 

  The liturgical colour we use during this season is purple.
