Parent Pay - A 'how to' guide
Parent Pay - Caterlink – Lunch ordering and cashless system
Lunches currently cost £2.10 but are free for all children children in FS2, Year 1 and Year 2 under the Universal Infant Free School Meals, a Government initiative.
Caterlink (our lunch providers) have introduced an online payment solution in our school. The system will also help to reduce the administrative burden of managing dinner money for the school and Caterlink and allows you to book your child’s meals online.
Caterlink will be using ParentPay, the leading online dinner money payment provider. Their system offers parents the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.
Parents will have their own account enabling parents to book and pay for their child’s school meals in advance; offering a safe alternative to your child carrying cash into school.
If you have multiple children at the same school, you can merge their accounts to create one set of login details, making booking and paying for their school meals even easier.
Parents can find out more about ParentPay at www.parentpay.com
Please note that if your child is off school for any reason, it is the parents’ responsibility to cancel the lunch. This can be done until 9.00a.m. on the day of the absence - after this time charges will apply. Lunches ordered but not eaten will be charged for.
If you think your KS2 child may be entitled to a Free School Meal – please contact the school office for more information.
Eduspot
Our school uses an online payment system to purchase school uniform and to make voluntary contributions for trips and events. We also use this system to book for parents evenings.
Texts and emails will be sent to parents when events are available for purchasing or booking.
